The School folder is organized by school year and term. Each has 3 tabs. The first lists all the courses for that term. Selecting any course displays a list of homework assignments. Now you can always see what you need to do and allot the proper amount of time to get it done.

Selecting any assignment displays an area for entering all study notes related to that assignment. This keeps notes organized and ready for review when needed. These notes can be entered right on this screen or imported from our built-in word processor. They can even be shared with your friends. Finally, these study notes can be exported to the turbo reading tool for faster learning and for fast review when final exams come.

This tool is invaluable for keeping all assignment material organized in one place. And for preparing notes, reports and papers, the Power Pack includes a full-featured word processor that is compatible with Microsoft Word documents. There is also a math calculator that lets you print out every step in a calculation for your records.

TOOLS THAT HELP YOU ORGANIZE YOUR BUSY LIFE

Many students are time challenged. Bad time management means running out of time, forgetting things that need to get done, and scheduling two or more activities at the same time. The Power Pack provides a set of tools to help you organize your busy life.

 The first is a scheduling calendar. You can list all your activities and appointments as you learn about them and manage your time to fit everything in. You can select a day from either the year or month view and see your schedule for that day. Note that the activities are color coded by type. Available time for a new activity can be seen along the left side. To add a new activity, simply select the type, choose the appropriate available time and enter a brief description. You can even adjust for the time span it will take. No more scheduling two things at the same time.

 To further remind you of critical things to do or calls to make, you can enter an alarm message. At the scheduled date and time, a reminder will pop up on-screen even if you’re working in another program. No more forgetting or excuses.

 Finally, a convenient To-Do list lets you enter short or long range goals or activities you need to perform in the future.

EVEN ADDRESSES YOUR SOCIAL AND EXTRACURRICULAR LIFE

There’s also the social aspect of your school years. The Power Pack includes a photo address book. For each friend, you can keep their address and contact information. Click on the map button and view or print a map to their home. These maps are handy for your own use, or for sending to friends who will be attending an event or party there.
